Ugh, what you do mean by online therapy? Like Skype or FaceTime?
In a sense, we will meet via video, but through a HIPAA-compliant platform. It is important to me to increase accessibility to therapy. Online therapy allows me to assist clients in Georgia, North Carolina, and other states that participate in the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) to find a therapist that is the best fit for them to work on creating enhanced life experiences.
You will no longer have to commute through rush hour traffic to show up for a therapy appointment. Instead, you can meet from the comfort of home or any location within Georgia, North Carolina, or another PSYPACT state, in which you have privacy (not allowing others to listen). The full list of states is on the Services Overview page. You can also check the official PSYPACT map.
Some of the benefits of online therapy are:
- Increased convenience
- Time saved
- Comfort
- Location
