How to Schedule Appointments
Please call Dr. Whitehead at (470) 326-0724 during normal business hours or email her at drcourtney@newnormalpsych.com to schedule an initial appointment. Prior to beginning treatment, Dr. Whitehead offers a free 15-minute phone or video consultation to discuss your treatment needs, goals and answer questions about New Normal Psychology services.
Once you begin treatment, scheduling requests are discussed at the beginning of each session or via email. Voicemails left for Dr. Whitehead are accessed and retrieved by Dr. Whitehead only via a confidential voicemail. Voicemails are checked based upon available time, and calls are typically returned within 24 hours during normal business hours. This time frame may be longer if a voicemail is left prior to the weekend.
Normal business hours for New Normal Psychology are by appointment only:
Dr. Whitehead is not available on Saturday and Sunday, and does not offer same-day appointments.
